The house is approached via wrought iron gates with a car port and ample parking for several cars.  The plot is approx. 2,500 m2 and is arranged on 2 levels with the house sitting on a good size level area with several terraces, one     having a water feature,  another with a bread oven. 

Steps take you down  to a pretty walled courtyard where the 7 x 4m2 pool is  located along with an outside shower, pool changing facility, W.C.,  attractive bar, covered pergola, and BBQ.  There is an arbour leading to a sunken garden planted with a selection of Mediterranean plants and trees including Olive, Jacaranda and large Eucalyptus trees providing much needed shade during the summer months, the owner has cleverly incorporated  crazy golf amongst the plants and pathways.  In this part of the garden can be found the guest house, along with a store room and brick built chicken coup/dog run.
